1. What Marketfreefire is
Marketfreefire is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of permitted Free Fire related products and services in Ghana. We provide the platform, payment records and dispute handling; the seller is responsible for the goods or services they publish.
2. Prohibited listings
You may not sell, transfer or share Free Fire accounts, or any other item that requires handing over game credentials. Listings must never contain passwords, recovery codes, linked social logins or email credentials. Listings describing an account's contents for informational purposes must not require credential handover through the platform. Dims and likes must be delivered to a UID, never by logging into a buyer's account. Listings that break these rules are removed and the seller may be suspended.
3. Accounts and roles
New registrations receive the customer role. Selling requires an approved seller brand, granted by the administrator. Only the administrator can grant seller or administrator privileges. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
4. Listings and content
Sellers must describe items accurately and upload only images they have the right to use. The administrator may approve, hide, reject, feature or remove any listing, and may mark a listing sold.
5. Orders and payments
Placing an order creates a stored order and payment record. An order is only marked paid after the seller or an administrator verifies the transaction server-side. Submitting a reference does not by itself prove payment. Never send a Mobile Money PIN, bank password or one-time code to anyone. Platform staff will never request them.
6. Delivery, disputes and refunds
Sellers must deliver what the listing describes and keep the order status up to date. If something goes wrong, message the seller and contact support — the team can review chat history and payment records to resolve disputes. Refund decisions follow the evidence of delivery.
7. Messaging
Chats are private to the two participants and authorised administrators. Abuse, spam and fraud are prohibited, and conversations may be reviewed for fraud, safety and dispute investigation.
8. Suspension and termination
The administrator may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, attempt fraud, or put other users at risk. Suspended accounts cannot place orders or publish listings.
9. Garena and third parties
Marketfreefire is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena. Free Fire is a trademark of its owner. Following Garena's terms of service is your responsibility. Trading accounts violates those terms and is not supported here.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the current version.
