1. What we store

Account details (name, email, role), your profile (username, bio, picture, online status), seller brand details, listings and screenshots, orders, payment references, messages and shared media, reviews, reports and notifications.

2. What we never store

We never ask for or store Free Fire passwords, recovery codes, linked social logins, Mobile Money PINs or bank passwords. If anyone requests them, report it immediately.

3. Who can see your data

Marketplace listings and prices are visible only to signed-in members. Private messages are visible only to the two participants — and to authorised administrators as described below. Seller payment details are visible to that seller and to buyers who have ordered from them. Suspended or deleted accounts lose access.

4. Administrator review of conversations

Authorised administrators can review buyer–seller conversations to investigate scams, fraud and disputes. This review is not hidden: it is disclosed here, and it is the reason we do not describe chats as end-to-end encrypted. Chats are encrypted in transit and stored securely, and access is limited to participants and administrators.

5. Online status

Your online status and last-seen time are shared with members you chat with. You can turn off online status visibility in your profile settings.

6. Payments

We record the payment method and transaction reference you submit so sellers and administrators can verify the payment. Verification happens on our servers; a screenshot or a buyer's confirmation alone never marks an order paid.

7. Media and uploads

Listing screenshots, chat media and profile pictures are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links to authorised viewers.

8. Moderation and audit

Reports, listing decisions, suspension and role changes are recorded in an administrator audit log so actions can be reviewed.

9. Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide your online status, delete your own listings, leave reviews, and contact support to request account deletion. Some records (orders, payments, audit logs) are retained where needed for dispute resolution and legal obligations.

10. Contact
